Welcome to Payroll by MoneyDash. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By using Payroll by MoneyDash, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Payroll by MoneyDash provides payroll and payslip generation services for businesses operating in India. We assist with salary calculations, statutory deductions, and payslip generation.
2. Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Data Privacy & Confidentiality
Payroll by MoneyDash understands the sensitivity of payroll and employee data. We commit to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of all organisation and employee information processed through our service.
No resale or sharing: Payroll by MoneyDash will not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise disclose your organisation's data to third parties for their marketing or commercial purposes without your explicit consent.
Legal exceptions: We may disclose data only when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to respond to lawful requests by public authorities.
With your consent: We may share data with third parties only when you explicitly request or authorise such sharing (for example, integration with payroll banks or third-party services), and we will act according to the scope of that consent.
Security: We employ industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, or destruction. However, no internet transmission or storage is 100% secure; you acknowledge this residual risk.

4. Limitation of Liability
Payroll by MoneyDash is not liable for losses caused by incorrect data entry or misuse of the service. Always verify payroll outputs before disbursing payments.
